Desk Based Account Manager

This role is to further develop an existing client base in a competitive market, identifying new business opportunities within the current client base and ensuring our customer needs and expectations are met on a daily basis.

This position would suit a candidate looking to start a career in a sales environment or to progress their career from experience in a telesales environment. Customer contact will be crucial to this role with constant customer interaction via the phone only, no face to face contact will be required in this role. The successful candidate will benefit from an excellent training and development plan with the full support from the experienced Sales Manager and Sales Director.

 
Responsibilities

• Development of existing customers

• Launching new products to existing clients
• Meeting monthly targets
• Cold calling and developing new opportunities

Requirements

• Entry level sales
• A proven desire to succeed and develop skills
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills
• Outgoing personality, good sense of humour
• Self motivated and enthusiastic
• Planning, managing and achieving results
• Cold calling is a Pre-Requisite
