O-bit Telecom brings out the champagne for Customer Service Week
To mark October's Customer Service Week, O-bit Telecom rewarded two of its employees for delivering customer service over and above the normal high standards.
Josh McKee and Anjuna Farrell were nominated by their managers to win a bottle of champagne each following glowing recommendations from customers they had been working for.
Josh was nominated as a result of his hard work for MDS Telecoms. Agi Nichol, operations and implementations executive at MDS Telecoms, explains: "I had a really tricky situation with a customer whose lines were ceased on the wrong date, and so we needed them up and running again with urgency. Josh was dealing with this for me and managed to bring the install date forward and promptly put a temporary divert on as well. Throughout the whole process, his attitude and work were a great example of good customer service."
Jo Hart, communications consultant at Housing Communications, explains why she was so impressed with Anjuna's performance: "Anjuna in particular has been great at both project managing our transferring lines and looking deeper in to services like broadband."
